06.09-50 CENT: "DIDDY'S MUSIC SUCKS"

50 Cent went on radio where he was asked about Nicki Minaj vs Lil Kim but ended up having stiffer words for Puffy, saying, "I think it's other things irritating Kim outside of Nicki Minaj, just having momentum of new artists doesn't offend artists that have established themselves long before that," he continued, "It's obvious that she was inspired by some of Kim's [rhymes], but that's not bad. And it's not a whole lot of female artists that you can make reference to so you'll see those little influences even stronger and I think she's hot, she's got a good little thing going on right now as far as Nicki Minaj is concerned. I think it's probably a little more irritating to see Puffy standing next to Nicki and for him to say that Ross reminds him of Biggie, because that's desperation on his part because his music sucks right now. It's the truth. It's bad, so he's gotta try and stay next to something else that has some momentum for him to be all right - from a business perspective, it seems like a cool move but not a cool move for hip-hop."   Rick Ross reminding Puff of Biggie?  Hum...nope.

06.09-SOULJA BOY'S BOY SUCKER PUNCHED
Soulja Boy's friend Lil B was sucker punched during an interview until his head snapped back before the assailant made good his escape. The whole affair was caught on video and yet the strange thing is that the man who attacked him was the interviewer himself... Now that's something that you're unlikely to see on Oprah.

06.09-BUSTA JOINS PUFF'S CREW

Busta Rhymes has joined up with DJ Khaled, Rick Ross and Red Cafe as a a member of Puff Daddy's 'Supreme Team' hip-hop crew. The crew takes it's name from Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff's infamous drug trafficking organization that was operated out of Queens in the 1980's. Will this be enough to push Busta back into the spotlight? Here's hoping...They're really just trying anything right now...

06.08-JIVE BLOCKING BIG BOI'S OUTKAST COLLABO?

Big Boi of Outkast is preparing for the release of his solo album, ''Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty,' but it seems that his former record label, Jive, may have got cold feet over the project. Big Boi revealed that the label couldn't understand the creative direction of the music, revealing, "They told me my album was a piece of art... And that they didn't understand my music. Now they mad because y'all love it!" However, this is not the oddest part as it seems Jive are tryiong to prevent the release of a track featuring Big Boi's Outkast partner, Andre 3000, as Big Boi explained, "Jive Records is trying to block 3 Stacks from being on the album. Boi Stop!!!!" Record labels - got to love em eh?
