07.26-YOUNG BUCK BLACKBALLED?

Former G-Unit rapper Young Buck has spoken out to claim that 50 Cent is trying to shut him down in the music industry. Young Buck, who was kicked out of G Unit in 2008, says 50 Cent is blackballing him from the rap game and preventing him from working with other artists, due to his contractual obligation to G-Unit, "His reaction, being so harsh, is to basically stall me out to a position where I lose everything, to where my numbers drop," Young Buck said, adding, "Because if you don't have a new product out, then you can't go get the big dollar for your shows. [He wants] to pretty much destroy my life from a silent-sided way of doing things. That's his angle, and my contracts allow him to be able to do that." Young Buck said that he is still in demand as an artist and has had the opportunity to work with a variety of artists, including Lil Wayne but 50 is stopping him from doing collaborations that would not only raise his profile but also see him getting paid. Buck went on, "The problem is, I go to be a feature on their hit record, and then they have to go to 50 Cent to clear me on the record, and he says, 'No.' And they're looking like, 'Well, damn' - 'cause if it wasn't for that I would probably be on every record that's out right now, 'cause everybody and their mama reaches out and gives me support."   50 of all people should know what it feels like to be blackballed, as a great part of his career was that, so we are going to say to Buck;  get creative with it, and just follow a page from 50's blackball handbook on how to get un-blackballed...

07.26-CHRISTINA MILIAN SPEAKS UP

Christina Milian has finally broken her silence with regards to her split with producer The Dream. The singer revealed that she wants a judge to throw out the divorce papers filed by The Dream amid claims that he lied about their relationship and also cheated on her. The Dream claimed that the pair were separated when he filed divorce papers back in February, nine days before she gave birth to their daughter. But, in contrast to The Dream's claim that their marriage was "irretrievably broken," Milian claims that the pair had "marital relations on numerous occasions" after the divorce papers were filed. Milian goes on to say that any divorce should be granted on the grounds of The Dream's infidelity. However, that is not all as Milian says that she signed an agreement whereby both she and The Dream waived any alimony or ownership rights to one another's property. But Milian says she only signed the agreement because The Dream brought the papers to her while she was 9-months pregnant and in no condition to sign such an important document.

07.26-POLICE HIT BACK AT ICE-T

The president of the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association lashed out at rapper/actor Ice-T, after the rapper was arrested near the Lincoln Tunnel in New York, for allegedly driving with a suspended license. Although Ice-T plays a police officer himself on 'Law and Order: SVU' PBA President Patrick Lynch was not amused, ""[Ice-T] may play a police officer on TV, but his disdain for law enforcement is well-documented. Real police officers enforce real laws that exist to keep everyone safe, even a disrespectful, former rap performer-turned-actor, whether he likes it or not." Lynch was no doubt once-again harking back to Ice-T's Body Count rock track 'Cop Killer.' However, Ice was quick to respond via twitter, "I've got absolutely NO problems with cops in general. Just some people are a**holes. They don’t have to be cops. A sucka is a sucka." Ice-T added, "The whole s**t was a joke. But it showed me how eager some people are to see me in handcuffs, good wake up call 4 me."

07.26-SHYNE TALKS PRISON AND GANGS

Rapper Shyne revealed to producer Irv Gotti what it was like being in prison, saying, "Well, you get up and handle your business," adding, "You don't get much time so you really have to just try to enjoy as much time out of your cell as you can." When asked if his celebrity status made a difference while he was inside Shyne responded, "For me, I'm about normalcy, I can adapt to anything, so for me it wasn't a big deal. The thing about prison is that if you come in talking noise, you will get your head popped off, so I just stayed the only way I knew how, real." Shyne went on to talk about his affiliation with the Bloods street gang, "I have been down for a long time with my brothers," Shyne said. "I look at myself as a community activist, all the brothers that wear red or even blue for that matter is doing is protecting their brothers from the people who trying to oppress them or hurt them. Other than that, we're not out here trying to harm the streets, we are out here patrolling the streets and make sure that no one takes advantage of the weak." We're not 100% sure Shyne is right about the gangs, but there it is...
