DMX has headed back to jail - again. Sources revealed that the troubled rapper turned himself in to authorities in Los Angeles over a crime he committed back in 2002. DMX’s manager revealed that the rapper is "focused" on taking care of all of his past legal issues so he can move on with his life. DMX has been ordered to serve a 90 day sentence for a 2002 reckless driving conviction following a parole violation. DMX’s lawyer Aja M. Southern said, "Mr. Simmons is here today to fully cooperate with respect to any matters of the Court's concern," adding, "This is one of many steps towards rebuilding his image and rapport with the community and his loyal fans." Good to see him looking to move forward - just a shame he has to head back to jail to do it...we're rooting for you X...take your knowledge of God and apply it to your life...he knows the Word, but living it is a different story seemingly for him...

Jahna Sebastian, Swizz Beatz' 3rd baby mother, says that Swizz hasn’t been supporting his offspring and hasn’t signed the birth certificate - despite a paternity test that proves the baby is his. Swizz showed up with Alicia Keys to take a paternity test for his baby girl in London and went on to agree to paying $1500 a month in child support before skipping the child's birthday party that he had agreed to throw. A close friend to the London-based Jahna wrote a letter that blows open Swizz' good father facade, writing, "I am close friend of Jahna Sebastian, the mother of Swizz Beatz’s daughter. It’s ridiculous how celebrities turn out to be the opposite to what they portray to the public." The source continued, "Swizz Beatz might be busy getting ready for marriage and new baby with Alicia Keys, but he stopped paying child support to his only daughter with producer/singer Jahna Sebastian who resides in London. Paternity has been established via DNA test taken in August 2009 and Alicia Keys was present. Jahna has maintained independent parental responsibility for two years trying to reach Swizz Beatz personally but received no response. She then sought attorney’s help and filed petition in July 2009. Swizz first time paid child support in September 2009 starting with $1500. Many people in UK and Russia already know about their two-year old daughter and it seems strange that he still would not publicly acknowledge her. Alicia seems to go along with it too. In May Swizz did not attend his daughter’s birthday although he promised to throw a Birthday Party." The source added, "Two days later he was in London visiting his fiancé (Alicia Keys) who announced her pregnancy on 27th May, when the same day he visited his daughter for three hours. During the past year Jahna Sebastian and Swizz Beatz have been in and out of court, but Swizz did not provide required information. They are going back into the court again very soon as Swizz is not behaving himself as a responsible father. The 24-year-old single mother graduated from the Russian Music Academy and has been making ends meet working as a music producer, actress and singer." For all the positive talk coming from Swizz about Alicia Keys we have to wonder if he will tire of her too - on to the next one?

Mario recently hit the stage in Rochester, NY for a show - but sources say that he came off as less than professional. A source told of how the singer arrived late, missed his soundcheck, sounded bad and then began swinging on the soundman for the poor quality sound. Here's what the source said, "Just wanted to tell you about good ole Mario.We had a music festival in Rochester NY.The line up was Mario, Anthony Hamiliton , Dru Hill .The festival was alright , it started late and we now all why. Mario, didn’t show up to sound check , and arrived at the event late…he was supposed to go one before Dru Hill, but since he didn’t come on time, he had to perform after them. So after he perform a few songs, he sounded was mess, (since he never showed up for MIC CHECK ) they cut his mic and his set was over and because he showed up late that caused the show to go late. They cut his time, which cause Mario to start swinging, it was a mess." Surely the soundman can only work with what you give him - show up late and it makes it tricky for him to do his job. Such diva-ish tendencies need to be stopped - especially when it hurts those who paid to come out, show support and expect a show...He should be happy ANYONE wants to see him...or the others that are on the roster with him...

Sean 'Puffy' Combs (that's 'Diddy' to you young'uns) is one of several names being investigated by New York City officials keen on recouping an estimated $1.9 billion. Puff's Bad Boy Entertainment is facing legal action for illegally plastering posters around the city, creating a $996,000 bill that has reportedly yet to be paid. Finance Commissioner David Frankel is fed up with those who he feels account for the city's billion dollar debts, saying, "We are going to find these people. We're going to turn them upside down by their ankles and we're going to shake them until the money comes out of their pockets." A spokesman for Bad Boy has described the bill as a "bureaucratic error", adding that it was "paid by a partner company three years ago but the city hasn't updated the record." Doug E. Fresh and Remy Ma's defense lawyer are also being investigated for their unpaid bills. Note to all - Puffy's case is an example of never get on television talking about how much money you have, because it instantaneously sends antennas up...

Rumor is out that Chris Brown has had some bad luck in love after word got around that his current girlfriend was spotted "all over" Robert Kardashian. Seems Chris heard too as he tweeted "All The Glitters Ain't Gold" after his performance in Jamaica.  These girls just want status, and since the Kardashian sisters are ALWAYS in the news, she probably thinks this is a good look for her...this world is filled with nothing BUT opportunists...genuine love does not exist anymore...

Word has it that Jermaine Dupri is depressed following his break-up with Janet Jackson - or at least that was the excuse used by his people following an aggressive and threatening tirade against a blogger. Dupri is said to have had an angry outburst at a blog-writer that included death threats following the online publication of an article that he disagreed with. However, Dupri's friends have since reached out to excuse his allegedly drunken behavior, with one saying, "How would you feel if the woman you loved blamed you for ruining her career and now she’s dating a billionaire?" Talking on Jermaine's feelings for Janet a friend added, "He can’t let go of her. He was really in love and love makes you do crazy, crazy things! People in the industry have been saying that he single handedly messed her [career] up completely. That has been said by everybody." Another friend pointed to troubles with Dupri's own career as a cause as well, "He’s been to every label. This is the first time that he’s tried to do this [running a label] on his own. I don’t think he has anybody working for him now. Now he’s holding marketing meetings online with the fans! He told them to buy ten CDs! You get them to buy one you doing alright. Before, the labels were paying for everything, and nobody’s doing that anymore. I think Ludacris is the only one that’s got a good deal [with a major label] now." However the friend offered some hope for Dupri, "Everybody’s disrespecting JD right now. I see what he’s doing. He’s just really trying to start over. I see Dondria doing 50,000 in sales in the first month. [Dondria] will put him back on the map."  Time heals all wounds, JD...you gotta be smarter than threatening cats, though, as that's easy money for them...
